No money to litigate

Firstly, before initiating a litigation, think twice, thrice, four times, many times.

See, if there are chances of sitting across the table and resolving the issue by involving friends, relatives, colleagues, good samaritans, and samaj OR opt for pre-litigation mediation - alternate dispute resolution available at various courts.

Unfortunately, sometimes, you are not the initiator but litigation is thrust upon you and you face a situation of financial constraints. There exists a provision of DLSA (District Legal Services Authority) to help the needy/ women. DLSA has lawyers for the same court complex who help the needy, litigant through the litigation journey. Look for these options before borrowing money to litigate or undertaking a debt burden.
